How it works
Complete the inquiry form found on the website. Once we have your form, we will answer you within 24 hours.
A member of the Top of the Table team will work with you to determine exactly what you need to make your event perfect. The studio is located in Jefferson, Georgia, but in the event that you can’t visit us in person, we are happy to speak by phone or Zoom.
After speaking with our team, you will receive a custom proposal based on your selections. Once the proposal is confirmed, 50% of the total is due upon signing the contract.
Reserving & Pricing
Top of the Table prepares invoices and proposals through Honeybook, an online platform that allows us to stay organized and receive payments.
A non-refundable booking fee of $25 is due at the time of booking to hold the event date in our calendar.
A non-refundable rental fee of $25 covers consultation, maintenance of items, and delivery/pick-up within a 25-mile radius of our studio.
A deposit of 50% of the total is due upon confirmation of the proposal and signing of the contract and the balance is due two weeks prior to the delivery and set up of rental items.
Comprehensive Decoration services are available starting at $100 per event.
If you need to cancel an order in its entirety prior to two weeks before the event, 30% of the deposit will be retained by Top of the Table to cover the time and efforts provided by our team.
Cancellations occurring two weeks prior to the event and up to the event date will result in loss of the 50% deposit and the entirety of the invoiced amount.
Loss or Damage Policy
Top of the Table offers an optional damage policy should an item(s) break or withstand damage. In the event that an item is destroyed due to negligence (left in the rain or misplaced, for example), the client is responsible for 4 times the price charged to rent the item. This information will be included in the contract.
Delivery and Return
Top of the Table charges a minimum of $75 for delivery and return depending on the distance from our studio and the size of the rental order. This amount will be included in the customized proposal.
Delivery times will be coordinated with the venue/coordinator to ensure that our team has ample time to make your event fabulous!
Return of items will be coordinated on an individual basis with the client and may be subject to additional fees.
The items that you are renting are used items, and some are vintage! Normal wear and tear can be expected on most items. When renting our items, please understand that we take great care to clean, sanitize, and update each item before appearing as part of your event!
